Yes, you can. Just Enable the setting to Open Product Details in Page Instead of Bot Window. This will link products from search results and catalog inside the chat window to the product page and work as a Catalog Mode.

A Listing needs to be approved first before you can deny it. Otherwise, you can just delete that.
