Users can upvote once a day for one specific list item. Otherwise, people would abuse the system. This is a soft restriction though. One can use another browser or clear cookies and upvote the same list item again. We did not go overboard with it and wanted to strike a balance between usability vs abuse.

Not directly. List items belong to Lists. A List can belong to multiple categories. You can also copy a Link to multiple Lists easily. Lists are the building blocks of this plugin not individual List items.

A Listing needs to be approved first before you can deny it. Otherwise, you can just delete that.
The Embed page is supposed to be empty. This blank page is used to generate the embedded contents on.
