Sure. Create Lists and assign them to a certain category. Then use the shortcode generator to display that category of Lists on an of your WordPress Page and post. Password protect that page or post using the WordPress’ Visibility option on the right.

Not directly. List items belong to Lists. A List can belong to multiple categories. You can also copy a Link to multiple Lists easily. Lists are the building blocks of this plugin not individual List items.

A Listing needs to be approved first before you can deny it. Otherwise, you can just delete that.
