WoowBot does not directly work with 3rd party WooVommerce add-ons simply because there are thousands of different addons that do so many different things. It works with all default WooCommerce features.
However, you can just enable the setting to Open Product Details in Page Instead of Bot Window for product search results. That way it will work with any type of woocommerce products and add-ons because the special customization or 3rd party plugin features will be handled from your product single page.
